Fighting Intensifies in Yemen as Houthi Forces Push Toward Taiz and Marib

Fighting has intensified across several parts of Yemen, with Houthi forces and troops aligned with the internationally recognized government facing off along key front lines, including areas around Taiz and Marib.

The latest escalation comes after years of conflict that have divided Yemen between competing political and military factions. Taiz is another important front in Yemen’s conflict.
